Green Tea (Organic Loose Leaf)
"Green tea" refers to a type of unfermented tea, primarily produced through processes such as pan-firing, rolling, and drying. Its characteristics include retaining a higher amount of natural substances like amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, which contribute to its fresh taste and rich nutritional value. When brewing these green teas, it is generally recommended to use pure water temperatures between 80°C and 85°C to better release their aroma and flavor.

White Tea
White tea is a type of tea that is minimally processed and made from the young leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is known for its delicate flavor, light color, and subtle aroma. White tea typically has lower caffeine content compared to other types of tea, such as black or green tea.

Yellow Tea

Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is a type of semi-fermented tea, falling between green tea and black tea. The dry leaves vary in color from greenish to deep brown, with tightly curled shapes that sometimes feature white tips. It has floral, fruity, or honey notes, often described as fresh and lasting. The flavor is rich and refreshing, with a noticeable aftertaste that may carry a slight astringency, but overall it feels balanced.

Herbal teas, also known as herbal infusions or tisanes, are beverages made by steeping herbs, flowers, in hot water. Unlike traditional teas (black, green, oolong), which come from the Camellia sinensis plant and contain caffeine, herb teas are typically caffeine-free.
