High-quality tea can be eaten, can prevent diseases, can quench thirst, it is both food and drink, and it is also a nourishing life, pleasing spirit, enlightening life's spiritual sustenance. The classification of Chinese tea refers to dividing Chinese tea into 7 major categories based on different processing techniques, fermentation levels, and visual features. These include Green tea, White tea, Yellow tea, Oolong tea, Black tea, Dark black tea / Pu-erh tea, and flower tea. All of our teas are sourced from my tea academy and authentic tea mountains. In Day Day Up Tea,our tea art and culture are showcased through the presentation of the color, fragrance, taste, shape, and origin of famous tea varieties, as well as the introduction of brewing techniques and cultural background.
China has a long history of tea drinking, dating back to the time when Shennong tasted hundreds of plants and discovered tea, and started drinking it more than 2,700 years ago. Over time, especially during the Tang and Song dynasties, tea culture gradually matured and developed into a unique art form. The art of Chinese tea ceremony refers to the art and techniques used in brewing and tasting tea. It not only covers the selection of materials and the use of utensils, but also involves aspects such as water temperature and steeping time, aiming to enhance the tea drinking experience through a series of delicate operations.
When selecting high-quality tea, it is important to understand the types and flavor characteristics. When choosing utensils, one should be familiar with commonly used items such as Yixing purple sand teapots, ceramic covered bowls, and glass cups, as the appropriate utensils can have a significant impact on the taste. Meanwhile, the water quality is crucial for brewing a good pot of tea, as different types of tea have different water temperature requirements.

"Gong Fu tea" is a tea drinking method that emphasizes skill and ceremony. In this method, by infusing the tea in small quantities and multiple times, each infusion is allowed to showcase different layers and variations. Tasting is not just about drinking, but also about observing the color, smelling the aroma, and experiencing the texture, thus making the whole process enjoyable. Moreover, the term "Gong Fu" itself implies that a lot of effort and practice is required to reach a certain level, which perfectly reflects the Chinese traditional culture's pursuit of details and quality.
