Dayuling is a newly emerging high-mountain tea production area in Taiwan. Although the tea fields have only been cultivated for a short time, the tea produced here is already recognized as the top-quality high-mountain tea in Taiwan. The popularity of Dayuling tea mainly stems from its location at an altitude of 2,600 meters, where the climate is cold and the temperature difference is significant. Under such conditions, tea trees grow slowly, resulting in tender leaves and a sweet flavor. Coupled with the well-drained acidic soil in the area, the unique environment has created an exceptional tea.
